How long does shipping take for heavy fire pits?
Most orders are processed within 2 business days. Due to the weight and size of our fire pits, standard freight delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for outdoor heating products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been used or ignited. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy freight items are the responsibility of the customer.
Do your fire pits come with a warranty?
Yes, all FirePit products include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal residential use.
Which fuel types do you support?
We offer a diverse range of models compatible with wood-burning, liquid propane, and natural gas. Please check the specific product description for the fuel compatibility of your chosen model.
Are your fire pits safe to use on wooden decks?
Safety is our priority. While wood-burning pits are not recommended for wooden surfaces, many of our propane and gas models are safe when used with a heat-resistant fire pit pad or stand.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our units arrive pre-assembled or require minimal setup. For larger permanent installations, we include detailed instruction manuals, but we recommend hiring a certified gas technician for any natural gas hookups.
