Smoky Beast for Authentic American BBQ & Caribbean Jerk

The Smoky Beast XL is big and many times larger in capacity than the largest models of Kamado Ceramic Smokers. The total area of the two grates is 12,900 cm2 (1.29 m2). 

The Smoky Beast is perfect when preparing classic BBQ food with a natural smoky taste, such as beef brisket, pork shoulder or barbecue ribs. It is also ideal for smoked ham, turkey or smoked fish.

Have you ever tried authentic Jerk Chicken or Pork in the Caribbean? The Smoky Beast replicates the flavours perfectly; use your favourite spices and marinades.

Firewood gives the food more of a smoky taste, briquettes far less. You should combine them both to achieve the depth of smoky flavours you prefer.

The Smoky Beast is designed for those wanting great-tasting food with an appearance to impress, and most importantly, it's almost maintenance-free and extremely long-lasting thanks to the Corten steel design.

The Smoky Beast XL does not need to be stored inside or covered for winter as corten steel and stainless steel can withstand any weather. Corten steel can also withstand temperature fluctuations – no need to fear the smoker will break or crack. Corten is built to last and is extremely low maintenance!

Smoky Beast Technical Specifications

Price includes all extras: coal baths (2x), a module for grill briquette, built-in shelves and a grate cleaning brush. There is no additional cost for accessories.

• BBQ-Smoker is made of 3 mm Corten steel; it weighs 200 kg.

• External Dimensions: Depth 65 cm, Width 160 cm, Height 165 cm (Includes chimneys and side racks)

• Delivered assembled; just the stacks need to be secured after delivery.

• The cooking space and the fireplace are separable; stacks are separable.

• BBQ-smoker is not coloured.

• The smoker's frame has wheels with a diameter of 10 cm; this enables the smoker to be rolled on hard ground.

• Unbreakable hinges (made of 5 mm stainless steel).

• Two grates on different planes with the following dimensions: 118×60 cm and 118×50 cm. The grates are stainless steel.

About Corten Steel:

Corten steel is carbon steel, but it has been processed to provide a weatherproof coating on its surface to withstand any weather!

The surface layer is originally reddish-brown (rust-like in colour), turning darker over time. When used properly, the Corten steel is vivid, long-lasting and maintenance-free.

Corten steel products can be stored outdoors all year round; the Beast XL does not require storage.
