The Pizzo pizza oven is constructed with high-quality materials, featuring a stainless steel interior and a corten steel exterior.

Its thermal insulation consists of 10 cm rock wool (roof and walls), while its stone baking surface measures 60 x 60 cm, holding two pizzas of approximately 30 cm each at a time.

The pizza stones, made in Italy, are crafted from a blend of refractory clay and aluminium oxide, ensuring rapid heating and excellent cooking results.

The oven has a double-layered door and a reflective sheet reflecting heat back into the oven. It also features an oven thermometer with a scale of 0 – 500°C, allowing you to monitor the temperature accurately.

The oven fits a shallow pot or pan measuring 30 x 59 x 11cm and has holes at the bottom to allow condensation to drip out if necessary.
