A full-sized kamado in a compact body. The Monolith Junior delivers the same range of cooking methods as the larger Monolith grills, from high-heat searing to low-and-slow smoking, baking, roasting, and everything in between.

At 40 kg and with a footprint of 47 x 52 cm, it fits on a balcony, a small terrace, or in a built-in outdoor kitchen setup.

The ceramic construction retains heat for hours on minimal charcoal. The wood chip feeder lets you add smoking chips directly over the hot coals without lifting the lid, so you get that smoky flavour without losing heat.

A ceramic deflector stone is included for indirect cooking, turning the Junior into an oven for bread, pizza or slow-roasted joints.

The Pro Series 2.0 features an updated hinge system for smooth one-handed opening and closing, stainless steel bands, and a built-in BBQ Guru adaptor for digital temperature control.

Available in black with ceramic feet for a fixed position. Some light assembly required.
